So I finally got my pictures off Brandon’s camera. Here is my sister’s birthday cake that I did…
Vanilla buttercream and pineapple cake. It was pretty good!
And then I made an anniversary cake for a co-worker. He allowed me to play around with the design. I thought about using gumpaste flowers… but I ended up decorating with raspberries. It was pineapple cake with raspberry brandy filling.
I should have taken a picture of the cake BEFORE I put it in the box, but I didn’t. I used my texture tool on the sides. As for the message- I have a little practicing to do. I swear it didn’t look as crooked in person, but I was overall very happy with the outcome!

Mike Ciota was so kind as to send me a few pictures as he and his wife celebrated their anniversary and cut the cake!
